Thank you for a really good cruise from Venice to Rio. I was especially impressed by the way that all 3 of our taxi transfers which you had booked for us showed up on time! Thank you for your help and services must admit that I had been rather anxious about this. The MSC Sinfonia 21 night cruise was better than we expected apart from the fact that the evening meals in the restaurant were rather disappointing compared to all the other 13 cruises we have taken. However, we didn’t let this spoil our overall feeling that the total cruise experience was positive. Thank you for your help and services.

When speaking to your team prior to going away they were always very professional, giving me accurate information. say it was a wonderful holiday we both had a fantastic time and didn’t want it to end.We love Celebrity Cruises and have already booked our next one while on board which we were told would be through yourselves as the original agent.Our cabin was excellent, we always book Concierge, but on the next one decided to see what a Sky suite was like.The hotels we were booked into were good, with the ones in Singapore and Dubai being excellent and very impressive.Thank you to Cruise2 for the original email which got my wife’s attention and for the efficient way everything was done, and thanks to Izabel for jiggling the booking around, as we wanted to tailor the original holiday to suit our needs.We’re looking to spend a lot more time in the future on Celebrity Cruises and will be using Cruise2 to help us book other great adventures

Hi, NCL was excellent. Embarking, disembarking well organised. (Just in English so probably easier).Food actually hot. Resident bands excellent and entertainment overall really good. Staff very hardworking and helpful. Ship was very clean. Quite a big ship but friendly.  Inside cabin small but does the job:sufficient storage, decent sized bathroom. Probably one of the best ships we have used. We thought it was value for money and pleased gratuities were inc. Good destinations. Don’t think Norwegian Bliss could have done anything more to make it a good experience.
